Does it work with a personal Facebook profile?
No. Zaprep works with Facebook Pages, because Meta's API only allows automated replies and Messenger messages from Pages. You connect a Page you manage through Facebook Login.
Can it DM someone who has never messaged my Page?
Yes. When someone comments on your Page's post, Zaprep can send them a private Messenger message about that comment even if they have never messaged your Page before.
How is this different from Meta Business Suite automated responses?

Does Zaprep work for Instagram too?
