Built with security & compliance in mind
Simple by design
Link your Instagram account or Facebook Page via secure OAuth in under 60 seconds. TikTok and YouTube are coming next.
Choose a trigger (comment, DM, story reply), set keywords, write your reply, add a lead-gen step if needed.
Every qualifying interaction gets an instant, personalized response — while you focus on creating.
Meta-Verified Tech Provider
Zaprep is built by Bytequest LLC, a Meta-verified Tech Provider, entirely on Meta's official Graph API. Meta verifies Tech Providers through its business Access Verification, and Zaprep uses only Meta-approved API permissions — so your Instagram account and Facebook Page stay safe, compliant, and supported long-term.
Everything you need
Every feature designed around one goal: turn social engagement into real business outcomes.
Someone comments on your Instagram or Facebook post? Instantly send them a personalized DM — boosting both engagement and the algorithm.
Set trigger words like "LINK" or "INFO". When a follower uses them in a comment or DM, the right automation fires instantly.
Turn passive Instagram story viewers into conversations. Auto-respond to story replies and reactions the moment they come in.
Gate your Instagram offers to followers only. Non-followers get a nudge — then receive the full message the moment they follow.
Run conversational lead-gen flows over DM. Collect names, emails, and phone numbers directly in the chat — no forms.
Control re-engagement frequency — fire once ever, every N days, or unlimited. Prevent spam, maximize reach.
Launch different automations on different posts. One post runs a giveaway flow, another pushes a product — all automated.
Every Instagram DM conversation from every connected account in one place. Reply manually or let automations handle the volume.
Invite teammates to your workspace. Everyone shares the same accounts, automations, and inbox — perfect for agencies and growing brands.
Connect Claude Desktop or claude.ai directly to your workspace. Create and manage automations by describing them in plain English.
One shareable link for your bio — photo, socials, and every link you need, on a page you control.
Turn your Instagram stats into a shareable one-pager for brands — engagement rate, audience breakdown, and your rate card, ready to send.

Zaprep is a social media automation platform for Instagram Business and Creator accounts and Facebook Pages. It uses the official Meta Graph API to automatically reply to comments, direct messages, Messenger conversations, and story replies — no bots, no scraping. When someone comments a keyword on your Instagram or Facebook post, Zaprep instantly sends them a personalised DM. You can scope automations to specific posts, require a follow before delivering the message (Instagram), collect email addresses mid-conversation, and control retrigger frequency. All automation logic runs on Zaprep's servers 24/7, so your accounts stay active even when you are not. The Free plan costs $0 and covers 1 connected account with 1,000 Active Contacts (unique people messaged) per month. The Growth plan is $14.99/month and adds 5 accounts, 15,000+ Active Contacts, Follow Gate, email collection, and AI replies. In the 30 days to October 5, 2026, Zaprep sent over 290,000 automated replies to more than 113,000 people across 200+ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
